On The Weekend
This weekend was a blast at Cockatoo Island with the pro / am Australian Skateboarding finals.
We met with the Gluskie’s in the morning & then we all bussed and ferried our way to the Island.
It was captivating to simply stand and take in the level of skateboarding performed on the day by some of Australia’s best while our lady’s took in the island sights.
It was great catching up with old friends at the comp as well. Some of whom I haven’t seen in over 10 years or so.
Great people, times and memories.
Anyways, it’s looking like a rad week ahead… Plenty of work, boxes to pack and an epic home to move into on Monday week.

Weeks End
Another week is over and yeah it’s been a blessing to say the least.
Highlights have been the arrival of some well approved Crown St samples, the find of our potential new place in Camperdown, friends going out of their way to see us as a couple at ease, friends scoring goals, and my beloved lady’s getting bigger every day.
I tell u there’s so much to be thankful for!
Any down times ?
Well yeah of course !
As is this life, but best be over it through either forgiveness, understanding, hard work, problem solving, patience, negotiating etc etc… There’s always a way to solve issues that pop up in life.
The question is, when the pressure comes, will you actively submit to the appropriate truth which shall bring about the best result, regardless of success, failure or your desired expectation ?
Monochrome Summer
Really feeling the desaturated & black n white vibes behind the lens lately.
I think I’ll be running with them throughout this current summer and then hit up some vibrant colours next winter 2012…
Illume Apparel Pro Jean
Here’s another vault piece i came across which i find rather amusing … The ‘Edmundo’. My pro model jean !
As the Millenium had arrived, Illume Apparel (an offspring label of Juice Clothing) was banging in the Australian skateboarding scene.
A label which was geared around Australian skateboarding icon, Michael Davidson and creatively directed by Steve Tierney.
Did these jeans make me or others skate better ?
Hmmm, i doubt it, but definitely worth the creative effort.

Enjoying Weekends
Giving thanks, skateboarding, house hunting, cafe breaks, furniture browsing, talking vision, amusing one another, listening to some beats, enduring pregnancy & skateboarding pains, getting over small miscommunications quickly, contemplating fresh ideas, cheering on peoples wins, cool shady breezes as summer approaches etc etc etc etc … Enjoying weekends
